Whatever the reason, the item(s) in your order can be returned for refund hassle free.
At COVETI we have created an easy return process. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if a return is required, the transaction must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We will collect your items from your home, work or alternative address for free. Shipping is complimentary on all first returns, although customers will be responsible for covering taxes and duties on all international orders.
The items must be returned in the same quality and presentation they arrived in. Documents confirming proof of purchase must also be shown, otherwise, goods will not be accepted for return. We also offer store credit for returns made within 14 days of purchase. This credit is valid for three months from the issue date. At this stage, we are unable to offer exchanges. Instead, follow the return process below and create a new order.
Please note sale items are non-refundable. All made to order products such as jewellery and COVETI private label are also not eligible for return.
Please follow these steps for an easy return process:

Go to My Account (top right corner of our website) to gain access to your order. Select the items you wish to return.
Ensure your items are in their original packaging and condition they arrived in. That means unworn and undamaged.
Upload an image of your product and fill in the required details. Once the refund is approved a notification will be sent to your email with your shipping label.
You will need to print the final page of the return process once approved, and include it inside you return shipping box.
This contains your return confirmation number and original order number. This is how we track and process your return.
Print your return shipping label. Remove the old shipping label and attach the return label onto the original box. If products are returned without original packaging they will be rejected and this will delay the return process.
Organize pickup with the shipping provider at a time and day that is convenient for you.
Once your return has been processed, we will refund your payment via the original payment method and send you an email with confirmation. Please remember it may take up to 5 business days for us to receive your package and process a complete refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card provider, it may take and additional 5 business days for it to post to your account.
